Tuesday: Accepted Offer - Contracts emailed to buyer’s attorney on Wednesday
Wednesday: Buyer Executed Contract, Wired Funds to seller’s attorney’s escrow account.
Thursday: Sellers Fully Executed Contract. Mortgage and Title search commenced.
