Saturday: Buyer Inquiry, provided property info, scheduled showing, buyer broker contract.
Sunday: Showed, prepped offer, perf due diligence, discussed strategy.
Monday: Presented Initial Offer - Multiple Offers - Best & Final: Improved Terms w names of the buyer’s representatives and BB as transaction manager.
Tuesday: Accepted Offer - Contracts emailed to buyer’s attorney on Wednesday
Wednesday: Buyer Executed Contract, Wired Funds to seller’s attorney’s escrow account.
Thursday: Sellers Fully Executed Contract. Mortgage and Title search commenced.
